If you get the following error: ‘The following upgrades have been deferred due to phasing’. It is due to the fact that updates to the packages in question are being rolled out in phases and will simply be delayed. Your packages should eventually be installed (unless an issue arises that results in the package being pulled from the repository). It is a more cautious roll out because some users may experience issues with the update.
