Facebook is working on a smartwatch that will bring you a bit closer to Facebook and Instagram with two cameras, a microphone and built in sharing capabilities. The smartwatch can take pictures and videos and share them via Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp.
One of the cameras is at the front, and that is for taking selfies or recording videos of you, and at the back there will be a 1080p camera for recording your surroundings. You’ll never be separated from Facebook again! Especially considering those pesky tracker blockers and VPNs people are installing on their phones these days.
The Facebook watch will also be equipped with a detachable screen and the ability to monitor health metrics such as your heart rate. The device will run a modified version of Android. Do you trust Facebook to collect data about your health, or with smartwatch cameras? Let me know in the comments!
