Better Place, the organization which pioneered the deployment of the electric car battery swapping concept (Project Better Place) was sold to Sunrise Group for $12 million USD.
Sunrise Group is run by Yosef Abramowitz, who previously showed an interest in purchasing Better Place.
Could they carry out the Better Place founder’s dream? Or is the battery swapping concept itself doomed to fail?
