Adidas is now selling their $400 Micoach smartwatch which provides performance data while running, and it acts as a coach. Its specifications and features include 4 GB of storage available for the playback of music while training, a 1.45″ full-colour TFT LCD touch screen, a stainless steel bezel, heart rate sensor, speed and distance measurement, and more which is listed on their website (linked below).
Like most other smartwatches, the Micoach is square, which some people slam smartwatches for, however, execution is everything. Square watches can be attractive too. The Micoach Smart Run watch has a relatively tasteful appearance that would match the rest of your black or white sports gear (the watch comes in both black and white) nicely.
If Adidas did a model photoshoot with the Micoach to show how good it could look with sports gear, that could make it even more appealing to prospective customers.
